Registration

Online registration and ticket sales for the European Swing Dance Championships 2012 is now open, and will close on 31st May 2012.

Types of Tickets & Passes

There are four types of passes to choose from:

1. Full Weekend Pass: two days of workshops and entry to all dances and competition sessions. With this pass, you are allowed to compete as well (competition fees extra).
2. Competitor Weekend Pass: Entrance to all social and late-night dances, and all the competition sessions. No classes, but you are allowed to enter the competitions (competition fees extra).
3. Spectator & Social Passes: entrance to any of the social and late-night dances, and to watch any day or night-time competition sessions. No classes, and you are not allowed to enter the competitions. You can buy a one-day pass for Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or a Full Weekend for all three days.
4. After-Midnight Passes: entrance to the late-night dances any time after midnight. No classes, and you are not allowed to enter any competitions with these passes. You can buy a one-day pass for Friday, Saturday or Sunday, or a Full Weekend for all three days.

Note: All types of passes and tickets will be available at the door, unless sold out. Last year many things sold out, so register early to guarantee your place.

Prices

Prices are per person:

T-Shirts: €15 pre-ordered (€20 at the event)
Midnight Buffet: €12 per person pre-purchased (€15 on the night)

Payment Options

All payments are processed by PayPal.  Please have either your Paypal account or credit card details ready, when you register.

This year payment in full is required when you register, and your registration will not be submitted until full payment is completed.

Note: if you are not able to pay in full upfront, email info@eurosdc.com to discuss a Payment Plan.

Register as a Couple or Individual?

This year you have two options: to register as an individual (just yourself), or to register as a couple (two people registering for the same type of pass). If you want to register for the Balboa or Lindy Hop workshop streams, or for any of the Jack & Jill competitions, we highly recommend registering as a couple, because your registration will be automatically confirmed. The person you register with does not need to be your partner, we just want one lead and one follow to register together. This will help us keep the lead-follow balance in the workshops.

If you register for the Balboa or Lindy Hop workshop streams as an individual, you will be placed on a waiting list until a corresponding leader or follower registers as well. You still have to pay in full when you register online, then you will receive an email later when your registration is confirmed. To avoid this, find a friend and register as a couple instead!
