The European Swing Dance Championships couldn’t happen without volunteers! We need lots of help: desk staff, bar staff, setup crew, cleanup crew, passport control, ushers, sound, lighting, drivers, managers, coordinators and more.
L’European Swing Dance Championships no seria possible sense voluntaris! Necessitem molta ajuda: muntatge, neteja, taulell de recepció, taulell de merchandising, bar, preparació de menjar, porter (control de passis), so, llums, conductor (amb o sense cotxe propi), i més!

How much work do I have to do?
That’s up to you! You can volunteer just a few hours of your time, or you can work full-time over the weekend.
Quant he de treballar?
Això depèn de tu! Pots fer de voluntari només unes quantes hores o pots treballar a temps complet tot el cap de setmana.
What do I get in return?
Since all volunteers have different skills, and work different hours on the weekend, we negotiate the volunteer deals on a case-by-case basis. Some volunteers will receive a free T-shirt only, or free entry to an evening dance, or one day of classes for free, or a free Competitors Pass, or a free Full Pass for the following year. It is different for each volunteer. Some volunteers become paid staff instead.
Què obtindré a canvi?
Com que tots els voluntaris tenen diferents habilitats, i treballen un nombre diferent d’hores durant el cap de setmana, negociarem el tracte amb els voluntaris cas per cas. Alguns voluntaris rebran només una samarreta a canvi, o l’entrada gratuïta a una festa de la nit, o un dia de classes gratuïtes, un Passi de Competidor gratuït, o un Passi Complet de cap de setmana per l’any següent. És diferent per cada voluntari. Alguns voluntaris seran remunerats, en canvi.
Should I also register through the main registration system?
Yes! Applying to be a volunteer is not registering for ESDC! This application does not guarantee you a place. If you want to guarantee your place in the workshops or competitions, please register online through the normal registration system. If your volunteer application is accepted, but you already paid registration fees, we will refund you if needed.
